Mission

The ELF program empowers Deaf/CODA children and their families by fostering early literacy through interactive, research-based activities. It promotes visual language, enhances communication, builds confidence, and supports holistic child development.

Why Attend ELF?

The ELF program empowers families with tools to support their child's early language and literacy development. It provides:

Parental Influence

Children are parents' most effective teachers.  Parents will enjoy observing how their children respond to language-based play and activities

FOundations of Learning

Bonding, communication and play are key components to the foundation for learning. Storytelling allows parents to learn the joy of ASL stories and see storytelling modeled well, and benefits children's language development.
