Family Focused Programs and Services
Family wishes, needs and goals are at the center of all DCS programs and services. We welcome all family members to participate in our programs and encourage Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins to join in the events and services. We also hope you will find that DCS becomes a home away from home and part of your extended family. Join our DCS Family and develop friendships and lifelong bonds with the whole DCS community.
Your in-home Speech & Language and Sign Language services will be tailored to meet your individual family needs and goals and incorporate your lifestyle and cultural background. All of this will be compiled in your Individual Family Services Plan which will be created and implemented when you first join on to DCS. Twice yearly team meetings will ensure your IFSP is up to date and meeting the needs of your child and the whole family.
